Here I am with my first chicken bone. It was supposed to be a natural teether, but I really liked the taste of it.

Learning to walk.

I just had my 7 moth birthday and I got the crawling thing down pretty good. Just ask mom, she has to block me in the living room or she can't get anything done. Now, I am trying to walk. I can pull myself up on furniture and other things. Mom better watch out, pretty soon, I will be all over the house!

My COOLEST Christmas present!

I got this thing for Christmas. I don't know what it is called, but it has a mesh bag and mom puts fruit in it and I can eat it and suck on it to get the juice out. I love it! I like to eat all the food my mom makes for me. I really like the sweet potatoes and the butternut squash, but fruit is good too!

Six month check-up

I had my 6 month check-up today, 12/28/09. I am 27" tall and I weigh 16 lbs and 9.5 oz. Dr. McGuffey says I am doing well. He checked my heart and lungs, ears, eyes nose and throat. He moved my legs and watched me move around. He says I am very active and appear to be in good health.

My first Christmas!

We celebrated my first Christmas on 12/27/09. We were going to celebrate on Tuesday, 12/29/09 when my big brother Jacob was supposed to come, but he got sick and wasn't able to make it. So, Mom and Dad decided to let me open my gifts early. Nana and Papa Heintz got me a realy sweet Buffalo Bills jogging suit and a nice camo short outfit for this summer. I also got an ABC talking book and an aligator that rolls across the floor when you press on his back. His teeth open and close as he rolls too. It is my Mom's favorite. I needed some help in opening the gifts I received, but I am confident that by my birthday, I will have it figured out. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. I sure did! Talk to you soon-James.
